CCM Tacks AS-V Pro Jr. Hockey Shoulder Pads

New for 2022, CCM renews its Tacks protection line. With the support of science, the Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the well-known CCM lab to ensure quality and functionality. With updates in design, protection and comfort aspects, CCM Tacks AS-V Pro are designed to offer maximum protection while improving mobility.

For the construction of Tacks AS-V Pro, CCM has a new anatomical design with maximum coverage. ASD puts protection first, provides ultra-comfort and an adaptable fit. ASD is designed to offer the highest quality protection. Together with a Flexmotion design, which offers superior comfort with extra rib protection and length-adjustable torso straps to make it easier to find your perfect fit. Tacks AS-V Pro offers elite protection and mobility. For the shoulders of Tacks AS-V Pro, the covers are constructed with a double-core HD foam with exposed foam protection plus D30 Aero. This improved professional-level protection with D30 on the outer cover, helps to absorb and distribute the toughest shocks from all angles. Down from the shoulders, the biceps will have Adaptfit + straps with height-adjustable biceps protection. This enables an adapted fit to bridge the gap between shoulder and elbow protection, for maximum coverage and protection at the elite level. In addition, CCM has reinforced floating arches for collarbones and shoulder blade protection. This is designed for optimal mobility and comfort. One of the most important protective parts of the AS-V Pro is the sternum and spine protection. CCM uses Vent-Tech floating sternum and spine hybrid shields with D30 Smart material in the plexus and lower spine. For the middle section, CCM has included breathable and adjustable extra pillows for the abdomen and lower back. These increase your protection and improve the interaction with your hockey pants. The kidney protection in HD foam gives players even more comfort and protection for the sensitive kidney areas, which ensures that all parts of your upper body are well covered and protected. On the inside of Tacks AS-V Pro, CCM has added a sublimated lining plus soft double-layer stretch panels. This comfort lining of superior quality moves with you and keeps the protection where it should be. This design is made to maximize airflow and mobility to keep the player dry and cool.
