CCM Tacks AS-V Jr. Hockey Shoulder Pads

New for 2022, CCM renews its Tacks protection line. With the support of science, the Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the well-known CCM lab to ensure quality and functionality. With updates in design, protection and comfort aspects, CCM Tacks AS-V are designed to offer good protection while improving mobility.

For the construction of Tacks AS-V, CCM has a new anatomical shield design with maximum coverage. ASD puts protection first, provides ultra-comfort and an adaptable fit. ASD is designed to offer the highest quality protection. Together with a Flexmotion design, which offers superior comfort with extra rib protection and length-adjustable torso straps to make it easier to find your perfect fit. Tacks AS-V offers protection and mobility at an elite level. The axles on Tacks AS-V are constructed with JDP-injected covers with exposed foam protection with D30 Lite inside. This improved Pro-level design spreads the impact force away from the axles while the D30 helps absorb shocks. Down from the shoulders, the biceps will have Adaptfit + straps with height-adjustable biceps protection. This adjustable fit and reinforced biceps protection enables professional-level protection where you need it. In addition, CCM has reinforced floating arches for collarbones and shoulder blade protection. This is designed for optimal mobility and comfort. One of the most important protective parts of AS-V is the sternum and the spine. CCM uses Vent-Tech floating sternum and spine hybrid shields with D30 Smart material in plexus. This will help spread the effects in these areas and keep you as protected as possible in all aspects of the game. For the middle section, CCM has included breathable and adjustable extra pillows for the abdomen and lower back. These help to adjust your maximum protective fit, which ensures that all parts of your upper body are well covered and protected. On the inside of Tacks AS-V, CCM has added a sublimated lining plus soft stretch panels at the front. This comfort lining of superior quality with front panels with a stretch feeling helps you to be mobile and move as freely as possible.
