If you would like to return a product that you bought on our website you need to contact us by E-mail and we will help you arrange the return. Please contact [email protected] and refer to your ordernumber and we will help you from there.
It is fine to return products purchased via web orders in our stores. Please show your order number as it makes it easier for our staff on site.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few days of returning your package, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support for assistance.
When you have shipped the return back to us and it has arrived at our warehouse, the process takes between 6-10 working days before the return has been processed from our end. Once the return has been completed, you will receive a notification by email.
- The 30-day right of withdrawal means that you have 30 days to change your mind about your purchase for any reason and, providing you notify us within this timeframe, to return the product and receive a refund.
When refunding your purchase after you have exercised your right of withdrawal, MonkeySports will charge a freight cost in accordance with our returns policy.
- The 60-day right of exchange means that you have up to 60 days to exchange the product.
When you exercise the right of exchange, a freight cost will be charged in accordance with our returns policy.
