Where is the Customer Service Team Located?

Our customer service team is conveniently located at our main warehouse office in Södertälje.

Can you order as a company or team?

Of course, you can order from us as a company. In that case, advance payment applies as payment terms, unless otherwise agreed. The easiest thing then is to email the order to us at [email protected] 

Then we will need some company information to be able to add you as a customer. What is needed is listed below.

I haven`t recieved any confirmation of my order when i placed it on the website?

If you haven't received any order confirmation when you placed the order on the website, begin by checking the junk mail to see if it has ended up there.

If you can't find it, then email us at [email protected] with the name under which the order was placed and the products you ordered, and we can help you find the order.

Do you sell Gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards but only in our stores at the moment. [email protected]

Are store gift cards usable for online purchases?

Unfortunately, gift cards issued in our physical store cannot be used for online purchases. These gift cards are exclusively valid at our locations in Södertälje and Malmö.

Can i make change on an order that is already placed?

If the order haven`t been processed and shipped yet we can make the change on the order. In order to make an chnage you need to contact customer service as fast as possible either by E-mail or phone.

We do not offer a loyalty club or membership with discounts. This is because we strive to maintain the lowest possible regular price level across our entire range. This allows us to offer a large part of our selection at reduced prices during certain periods, such as promotions/sales.
