Which shipping companies do Monkeysports ship with?

We ship with Postnord and UPS within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. For all other countires we use UPS as shipping option. At the time we don`t offer the Express Saver option with UPS outside of Sweden. The services we provide are UPS Standard, and UPS Expedited depdning on the final destination.

I haven't received the tracking for my order yet?

When your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your packing slip and tracking details.

Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If you cannot find the confirmation email or need additional assistance, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected] —we're ready to help!

How long is the delivery time when you order with Monkeysports?

Once you place your order on our website, we will process it within one business day and ship it as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, and delivery times may vary based on your final destination. If you need an estimated delivery time, please email us at [email protected] for assistance. After your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an estimated delivery time from UPS.
