How do I process an warranty?

To claim a product, you can visit one of our stores; alternatively, you can contact our claims department at [email protected]. Please make sure to include the following when submitting your warranty claim:

  1. Your order/receipt number for the product.
  2. Clear photos of the damage (including pictures of the affected clubs and the serial number).
  3. A brief description of how the damage occurred.

In some instances, we may need to contact the supplier before processing your claim. Thank you for your cooperation!
