Bauer Supreme Shadow Leg Pads

Bauer’s Supreme Shadow leg pads continue the Supreme lineup’s tradition of wide, coverage-optimized design while enhancing comfort with reshaped calf ergonomics and a softer flex. With Bauer Custom, goalies have full access to a broad selection of colors and key build specifications.

Construction

• CURV® Composite Reinforced Thigh Rise – High-strength, ultra-lightweight CURV® composite reinforces the thigh-rise, ensuring rigid 5-hole coverage and a proper pad seal. Compared to standard impact-resistant materials like ABS plastic, polycarbonate, and fiberglass composites, CURV® offers superior resistance to cracking, deforming, or splintering—even in extreme cold.
• ShockLite+ Foams – These foams absorb and redirect puck impact energy, generating powerful yet controlled rebounds.
• S.L.1.D.3.R. Skin 2.0 – Enhanced for the Supreme Shadow pads, this advanced skin improves durability and produces hotter rebounds while maintaining excellent slidability and control.

Thigh Flex Options

• Mid-Flex (Stock - 151° Squared Profile) – A softer Flex Profile 3, this mid-flex thigh design retains the Supreme lineup’s wide 151° squared butterfly while allowing more flexibility in the thigh.
• Soft (HyperLite 2) Flex – Featuring a gentle S-shaped curve, this softer, more dynamic flex promotes smoother movement.
• Stiff (Mach) Flex – Built for maximum 5-hole coverage, this stiffer thigh profile forms a wide, squared butterfly with a rigid thigh rise and slight curve.

Calf & Knee Support

• Calf Support System 2.0 – A redesigned, wider calf wrap and improved ergonomics enhance comfort and stability.
• Stabili-Calf Design – Bauer’s signature double calf plate geometry returns, providing reinforced, double-bracketed support for a stable butterfly with a slight forward pitch.
• Rebound Edge – A streamlined outer roll with stiff padding ensures pad shape integrity and minimizes puck skip-over.

Knee Block Options

• StabiliSlide (Stock - Supreme) – A stiff, directly integrated knee block with a tactile synthetic suede surface for stable landings and precise knee movements.
• StabiliFlex (Vapor) – An integrated knee block with Bauer’s adaptive Stabili-Grip, allowing for a slightly more flexible landing.

Knee Wing Options

• Adjustable (Stock) – The knee strap can be routed across the knee wing, down to the calf wrap, or removed entirely.
• Center Sewn-In – Fixed knee wing sewn at center height to align with the knee block.

Leg Channel & Strapping

• Streamlined Leg Channels & Widened Knee Cradle – The flush-profile leg channel with Ergo Foams improves pad rotation while reducing weight. A widened knee cradle accommodates knee guards more effectively.

Leg Strapping Options

• Supreme Tune Fit+ (Stock) – A Y-shaped padded calf strapping system for precise control and comfort, with adjustable tension at both ends.
• Tune Fit 2.0 (Vapor) – A V-shaped, elastic strapping system that enhances rotation and provides a snug, locked-in feel.
