- Follow this link to design your MyBauer skates
- After you have completed the design, you can email the design to yourself via the 'Share' button that is available in the final step of the customizer. You can then email it to yourself and save the design.
- Once the above step is completed, you order the item above as usual. After this, you need to send us an email. You need to write 'Order MyBauer Skates' in the subject line. You need to enter the order number you received when you completed the purchase on the website. Then you need to include the design you received according to step 2 above. The email address you need to send to is '[email protected]'
- Once this is submitted to us, we will confirm back to you via email that we have received the order and that it has been sent to Bauer for production.
- After this, we will get back to you with a preliminary delivery time that we receive from Bauer.
